    • Unopened and Unused: Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

  • E-liquids: Due to hygiene concerns, all e-liquid sales are final.
  • Disposable Vapes: These are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
  • Opened Accessories: Items such as drip tips, coils, and pods that have been opened are not eligible for return.

  2. Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Shipping: Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  1. Inspection and Refunds
  • Inspection: Once received, returned items will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  1. Exchanges
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit, depending on product availability.
  1. Warranty Information
  • Devices: Our devices come with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
