- Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:
- E-liquids: Due to hygiene concerns, all e-liquid sales are final.
- Disposable Vapes: These are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
- Opened Accessories: Items such as drip tips, coils, and pods that have been opened are not eligible for return.

- Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Shipping: Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection and Refunds
- Inspection: Once received, returned items will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit, depending on product availability.
- Warranty Information
- Devices: Our devices come with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Exclusions: Consumable items like coils, pods, and e-liquids are not covered under warranty.
